Our Patient & Guest Relation Team will print and deliver your personalized eCard. eCards will be delivered Monday through Friday. Cards sent after 2 PM will be delivered the next day. Cards submitted after 2PM on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. In case of a holiday, delivery will be made the next business day. In order to protect the confidentiality of our patients, we are not authorized to confirm your message has been delivered. An email confirmation from CIMS Hospital simply indicates your request has been received. It neither confirms or denies the individual is a patient at our facility. Messages sent to patients who have been discharged will not be delivered and will be discarded. eCards are not confidential or secure, so please do not include information you do not wish to be viewed by others.
